The maiden edition of the REAL Series (REAL Series 1.0) was held on Monday, 2nd of October 2023, with the theme “THE STATE OF THE NIGERIAN HOUSING SECTOR AND THE PATH TO PROGRESS.” The day was an opportunity for key players in the Nigerian housing sector to examine the way forward, considering the poor housing conditions of Nigerians. It was also an opportunity to commemorate World Habitat Day, celebrated on the first Monday of October every year. World Habitat Day is focused on raising awareness of the need for adequate shelter for everyone and encouraging sustainable development practices in our towns and cities.
